I really like this dish. I don't know if it is exclusively Cantonese, but I always order one when I go for dimsum.

It is sticky rice filled with pork, Chinese sausage, beans, salty egg yolk and sometimes chicken too. It is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.

There are other cultures that wrap their rice in leaves such as Latin people (ie tamales). Middle Eastern people too, but they wrap it in grape leaves (ie dolma).

But, I still like the Chinese 'jung.'

It is not exclusively Cantonese. It is popular in other places too, maybe in different styles.
