Very special VISA situation...

guest20223	Hi! I´m from Portugal. I´ve been in China for 1 year with 2 business visa. Currently I have Tourist Visa (the one I could get) to have some time to find a job.. I found a job in Shenzhen and finally could get the documents to can apply for the working visa (entry permit and employment licence) in Chinese Embassy in Portugal. I received all the documets and I will apply Working Visa (Z) without leaving the country once in Portugal somebody can do the visa for me in my name (using all the documents where sent from me from Beijing). After get the Visa on the passport (Tourist visa cancelled and got Z Visa) somebody sent me back my passport already with Z visa on that. So the Visa was issued in Chinese Embassy in Portugal but I didn´t leave the country! Firstly I didn´t know thart.. Was a Lawyer that has told me!! All best!

APAULT Points: Join Date: Mar 11, 2006 Status: Offline	I think you are in for a shock. You do not have an entry stamp to match the visa entry. To do this successfully, I recommend doing it from outside the mainland, such as HK.

For example my Visa will be to work in Shenzhen (I´m now in Beijing)..

Once I will have no stamp of entry you think can have problems in which way? If I have problems wouldn´t the Chinese Embassy in Portugal let me know when they give the chance to apply for working visa there since another coutry?

So in this case you suggest to go to Beijing Hong Kong (Tourist Visa).. and Go to Shenzhen (cross border) and receive the stamp of entry?
