What snacks or dishes do you have while drinking?

I remembered that my grandpa used to eat oil-fried peanut and shredded pig's ear in chilli oil when he drunk liquor with my dad. He seemed to enjoy the dishes and liquor. Now I have seen that many young guys eat oil-fried peanut and some cold dishes when they drink beer.

What snacks or dishes do you have while drinking?

Sorry, I don't drink. But I had shredded pig's ear in chilli oil before. It tasted good.

roast-meat is a must when drinking cold beer in summer. I tried and it was good.
