My friend and I stayed at the Nanjing branch of their hotel on April 6th and during the night the fishbowl on the desk sprung a leak, destroying my friend's laptop. She has had to argue with the manager of that branch and with every employee of their Beijing headquarters, and the matter still hasn’t been resolved. Every step of the way, they’ve refused to provide adequate compensation. This company is completely without a set of standards or principles, their customer service is terrible, and they are only out to make a profit in the easiest way possible. For your own safety, stay away!
