A toad on a goldfish

Maybe this toad is too tired. He just rides on a goldfish for a rest. But its owner is worried that his goldfish might be injured by the toad so he took them out and put into two separate ponds.

Look at the picture carefully. Is it a frog or toad?

GUEST5427 I saw this creature many times when I was young. There is a kind of frog that looks similar to the one in the picture. The picture isn't clear. I can't see its head clearly.

The goldfish can swim fast to let the frog go. By the way, how can the frog hurt the goldfish?
