My other china friend uses some map info but cant find it Do you have more details example postcode and also where is it near to so that I can tell the taxi driver frm Jiujiang? GUEST5454	I checked Baidu Map. There are two places called 下瑭. One is in Hangzhou and the other is in Wenzhou. But there is a place in Ruichang(瑞昌) called 下塘. I am not sure if it is the place you want to find. I need to tell you that Ruichang is a city (county level municipality) administered by Jiujiang City.
