Pls advise the best way to travel from Beijing to Jingtang

GUEST78422 the best and safest way from Beijing to Jingtang is to rent a taxi, you may need to spend less than 1000 Rmb for single way, and no more than 1500 Rmb for a round way.
the second choice is by train, from Beijing to Tangshan first, then take a short-distance bus or taxi. It will also work.
