It’s not a story but a real event.

A mom saw a woman who carried a baby standing in the bus. Then she asked her 11 years old daughter to give up her seat to that woman. The little girl stood up and the woman sat down. Suddenly, an old man said “SOB. You should give your seat to me”. He was 60 years old. The little girl’s mom stood next to her daughter and said nothing, pretending that she didn’t hear what the old man said. That old man kept saying dirty words for two stops. The mom was fed up with him and said “You didn’t deserve the seat.”

All of sudden, a 50 years old woman elbowed her way to where they stood and tried to push the girl’s mom out of the bus. She kept saying “how dare you say that to my husband?” The little girl was too scared to cry. Some other passengers were too sick at the sight to go on. They separated them apart.

We forget the woman who got the seat. How did she react? She sat there silently and enjoyed the scenery out of the bus.

Who will you give your seat to if an elderly and a woman carrying a baby stand in front of you?

How about other passangers on the bus? Why didn't one of them give just another one seat to avoid the quarrel?

I think we should set example for next generation, its depend on situation, if you know that old one is a deserving then this is his Wright, if you know that mother of baby is a deserving women then you should give her your seat. None of them is a wrong.
Am I right?

GUEST3538 I wouldn't give my seat to any of them. How could the elderly called the little girl's mom "SOB"? He didn't deserve the seat. I couldn't understand why the woman did nothing when the elderly cursed the little girl's mom.

Other passengers on the bus should also be blamed. Some of them must be parents too. How could they teach their children?

GUEST83195 I prefer elderly! SOMEONE carrying a old baby in the hope that the other must offer their seats , in fact , the baby is strong enough to stand on his own!

The woman carrying the baby for sure! Its just a respect issue for me. My friend Bubba, his girlfriend was actually pushed around by some thugs while holding her daughter on a bus-- imagine that!! I’m an absolute gentleman by nature and so is he so for us this was just absolutely unbelievable and if we were there these guys would not have gotten away with it that’s for sure!!

GUEST7672 My rules:
No.1 Never sit on the seats for the elderly, the disabled, the sick and pregnant women. I have seen too many young Chinese take these seats when they get on the bus. When the ones who need the seats get on the bus, these young guys just turn their heads to the window and enjoy the scene outside. Remember you are a healthy man. Do not take the seats that don’t belong to you.

No.2 Give seats to those who are in need of seats. What I can’t understand is why no other passengers on the bus stood up and gave their seats to the old man. If they did, the old man wouldn’t quarrel with the woman.

I guess that the old man was angry that no one gave up his seat to him. If I were him, I wouldn’t be angry. I would tell myself “I am still young because I can still stand on the bus. The young guys who take the seats are really weak.”

GUEST41194 Once,I even saw a piece of news on the Internet that two passengers fought for the seat.
It's really impolite to do so and it's also no using doing this.

If they didn't appear in the mean time. it will be easier for you to do this.

I have a good idea---removing all the seats on the buses except the seats for the elderly, disabled, sicked and pregnant women. The space will be larger so that it can accommodate more passengers.
