Bus travel Hebei to Beijing

I need to get from Chongli (50km from Zhangjiakou in Hebei) to Beijing. Simplest seems to be train or bus from Zhangjiakou.
Can anyone tell me bus times from Zhangjia kou, or better still all the way from Chongli to Beijing? I need to be in Beijing around 7 o'clock in the evening.
I have the train timetable already.

I don't know the bus timetable from Chongli to Beijing. Here is the one from Zhangjiakou Bus Station to Beijing: 06:00-16:20, every 20 minutes to Yongdingmen Bus station in Beijing and the duration is 3.5-4 hours.
