Unusually cheap for Shanghai, for 300 RMB, but just Now in May 2011 only 180 RMB Walking distance to Nanjing Road, the Metro and the Bund. The metro is the next stop TV Tower, Pudong. The metro connects to high-speed Maglev train that goes to 431 Km / hr. The hotel is called Lakesid Holiday Inn Hotel and Liger on the waterfront. Taxis have sometimes a bit difficult to find the hotel. I had printed the address and map from Agoda, but since I arrived Shanghai South Railway Station, I took the Metro Red Line 1 to PEOPLE SQUARE. This time, taxis knew the hotel was. No sketch map was needed.
