Bus 306 to terra cotta warriors

okay, I'm in Xi'an right now and I plan to make the trip to see the terra cotta warriors tomorrow or Wednesday. From what I read in wikitravel, you buy the bus ticket on the bus (306), is that right? This would make things simpler for me. By the way, it is burning hot--sunny and clear skies--how come I'm the only one sweating like a dog?

Do not worry. The buses are air-conditioned. I went to the Terra Cotta Warriors before.

Be caution! I've found some fake buses no.306 around Xian Railway station during the last May Day holiday. Just remember the real ones are at the east square of Xian Railway Station and the driver and ticket seller are in uniforms. If it is on peak times, there is usually a long queue waiting for it.
