From Dailymail reprt:

The locals near the Hampshire town of Hedge End in UK reported they saw a white tiger on the loose. Then the armed police came, escorted by a helicopter. Also some experts from the near zoo were sent to overcome the tiger.

To capture the beast and ensure the public safety, a golf course near the field was evacuated and all people were told to stay indoor.

A few minutes later, the police officers had a laugh and prepared for leaving. Why? The white tiger turned out to be a toy. The police failed to detect any heat from the tiger with thermal-imaging cameras. The guys on the helicopter also flipped blades on to the tiger's back and ensured that it was a life-size stuffed animal.

The white tiger in the photo just fooled the police. Does it look so real?

GUEST4142 Someone just made a joke with the police. But it is a bit difficult to judge if it was real or not just based on this photo. The tiger just crouched in the shadow. The normal people will be freaked out when seeing the tiger. They won't spend some minutes watching the tiger.

Yeah, people are too terrified to watch the tiger carefully. That's how the big joke happened.

GUEST8594 No one noticed that the tiger stood there steadily for a while? At least he should have howled for a second.

Thats a neat trick to play,, but a better one is to dress up a mannequin and lay it face down on the pavement and put a little bit of red paint on it. Then all the gawkers will leave the stuffed play toy tiger alone and take pictures of the mannequin. People will see what looks like a dead body and run to look at it.

Larry, I don't think I'll stop to see the mannequin. It's frightening too, although not the same way with the toy tiger.

Maybe someone was just having fun with the polices. How could a tiger keep still in a pose for so long?

Most people feel panic when they see the tiger. They don't have time to check if it was real or not. At that moment, running and saving their lives were the most important.
