![]() | I met my fiancee since my high school. Unfortunately i left China to come USA with my parents since 2003.I have never lost contact with her. I found a job here,i finished my college and get a better job. We've been together for so long and I decided to marry her this year. I am working on the i-129f application now. I finished the documents so far: 1.G-325a for her and myself. 2.I-129f 3.i-134 4.Two passport style photo for her and myself. 5.Evidence of our real marriage.(Our photos since high school.About 12 years.) 6.My bank statement for affidavit support document, Escrow control document for my house tittle paper. My last 3 year tax return documents. I got naturalized and became an U.S citizen since last year. And i am make money and file my tax return every year. I am pretty sure i have make the sufficient amount of money for affidavit of support. I traveled to China for a two week trip on April and i am going back there again this end of month.(June 29th.) It's getting tired (travel to China 2-3 times a year also cost me alot..) and i really wish to bring her to U.S.A to live with me. I am wondering if there still any chance i will get denied for this application? If it went through, how long does it normally takes? Also,i am kinda confused for the part of some question "if the country of applicant use alphabet other than roman letters. Please write down on applicant's own native alphabets for blah blah" Does it meant i have to write down Answers for those questions in Chinese characters? |
