So they don't have dinner at night. Some of them just ate some fruits. Did it work? I didn't believe at the beginning but finally I found it was true. Well, I am not going to try their way because I found another way---drinking watermelon and tomato juice. You can try it. You just need a juice extractor, some tomatoes and 1/4 water melon. STEP 1 put watermelon pulp in the juice extractor to make watermelon juice. Please note that seedless watermelon is the best. STEP 2 scald tomatoes in boiling water, remove their skin, cut them into pieces and then squeeze juice. STEP 3 Mix them together in a glass and enjoy yourself.
