You need to contact the sender immediately and confirm if the tracking number is real or not.

GUESTQWERTY I have the same problem too! I bought something many days ago and I finally got a tracking number that only worked after 3 days and when I used it it said:

GUESTT667 It already left Shenzhen Sorting Center at 2014-04-11 20:47:37. I checked on the Chinese website of EMS. It was despatched two times because the security of the security issue.

We have noticed that many peopled encountered a problem when they tried to track their EMS parcels or packages. Actually, you can track your parcel or package on EMS official website on your own. The following is the address:

EMS tracking: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

All you need to do is enter your tracking number and identifying code and then click “Track” .Sometimes, you may not get the result immediately. Please try again and again.
