Does anyone know in nanyang the local police station but is there anyone who can speak english and possibly have email address I want to report internet fraud which occoured to me just recently .

The local goverment dont speak english, and wont receive report in english. It's suggested to entrsust a chinese to do the report.and first you had to be sure if the supplier is really exist, if the company is not a registered one, then the report will also not be accepted.
Any way, it's always suggested to check your supplier before payment. Need assistance in verifying chinese company, can mail me . yahoo.com|stin002 .
