travel studies in Changsha?

hello, Im Alex and Im italian
Im actually planning to go to Changsha in few months, and I was wondering if there are any chance to find travel studies with job involved (any kind) without knowing anything of mandarin, of course I wish to learn mandarin from zero
I speak english and italian.
I dont have any degrees to teach italian nor english.

any advice/tips are more than welcome :)
