Ok to enter China from US with visa issued in UK?

Hi,

I'm travelling from the UK to China in August but was hoping to visit the US in the meantime and thought it might be easier to go straight to China from America instead of coming back to Britain and catching another flight.

As my visa will be issued in the UK, will it be possible to enter China from the US, or can you only enter China from the country where the visa was issued?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can enter China from U.S. even though your visa is issued in the UK.

It doesn't mean that aliens have to enter China from the country where the visa was issued.
