GUEST18875 We were also taken for a ride by these crooks.

All your stories have made the air on my back stand on end.

It's not so much the money but my damaged pride that I now need to deal with as I have had over 10 years experience in dealing in China and have only ever found them to be honourable and ethical in business

We are an Australian based company with operations in South East Asia and the UAE, Initially we were contacted by a Martin and after a week of emails they placed there order and insisted we come over to sign the contract.

Due to other travel obligations, the only time I could see them was Easter Friday, which meant I had to fly out on the Thursday night, missing Easter with my young family.

After signing contracts, we went out for the USD$1800 lunch and was asked to give gifts to there CEO and other Manager.

We also paid out USD$2800 for a bank notorization fee.

The strange thing is, as much as I know I have been taken for a ride, they are still promising to pay the deposit, still respond to emails and answer there phones.

We have recently communicated with the HSBC and now wait for there response to see if they will compensate us, not that it is there fault but they have allowed for this fraudluant organisation to set up a bank account and literally launder money

GUEST17663 We are a Melbourne company, I also went to Zhu Hai to sign a contract with Hoysun, spend $5800 on lunch for six people (they must have gotten a kick-back from the restaurant), paid $2600 to register the contract with Chinese Authorities, and waited 2months for them to transfer the deposit which never came, then found out that they are fake.

GUEST23349 BEWARE OF SCAM ARTISTS FROM CHINA "

This is to inform everyone that there is major international scam being run from some company, from a building near:

Jinghuifeng
International street
Fengbao Rd Fengtai, Beijing, China

This scam works by some one making a website like this one :

http://electronics8885.com/productinfo.asp?id=62

Here you will find many electronics items extremely cheap.
So then, if you order anything from this site, you will be asked to pay using different methods. One of them is PayPal.

This scam artist will also make an account with Hotmail or msn or something similar. Using this Hotmail or msn account he will make a PayPal account. He will use this Paypal account with an idea to convince people of his honesty.

The following are the two email account he used recently.

hotmail.com|electronics8881,

hotmail.com|yanmin5599were4711

Once you have paid the money you will be given a tracking number (could be by China-Post ) or some other shipper. Perhaps after a few days or weeks later you may receive a packet with the same tracking number. This packet will only have an "old 1 dollar Coin of the USA".

Now, some people may not like to get into the hassle of getting their money back from this unscrupulous shipper
(because they do not want to get into the trouble of involving authorities and spending long time in sending emails back and forth with anyone involved), in that case this cheating scam artist gets your money.

Is you proceed to get the authorities involved, then at the most you will get is, a part of your money that you sent. I say only 'a part' because the authorities will still, have you pay for shipping this 'one dollar coin' back to the shipper.

Any way you look at it, theses scam artists win. This is because many people will not bother to try to legally prosecute him, in that case he keeps their money. When he gets prosecuted, then he simply returns the money. The idea here is that he makes money just by running this scam.

there are at least two people who have been scammed like this. It could be by different scammers from other areas of China.

GUEST83242 We are a company in South Africa, got a contract from Hoysun Electronics, to export and supply motor vehicles, were told to fly to Zhenzen, met, contract was signed, went to lunch, paid RMB13,990 for that, were told payment will follow on contract, then they ask us to pay foreign exchange transfer cost of EUR2,000 to acc of Huang Mei Biao. Then I got suspicious, started checking web, and found this site. All a big scam!! So do not deal with Hoysun, or Huang Mei Biao, Johnny, Elinor, and many other scam names!!!
