It is located on Zheng Tong rd and Song Hu rd (Zheng Tong lu, 118, Yang Pu Qu, Shanghai) . We both are male international students at Fudan University, we speak both English and Chinese. The rent is 1850 RMB, not including the internet, gas and electricity. The room is available from Aug 1 this year to Jan 31 next year. We also consider one month rent in August. - 3 bedroom apartment - 1 bathroom - 1 kitchen, 1 big living room - Wifi internet The apartment and rooms are equipped with everything you need. It has the best location for Fudan/ Tong ji students. - Less than 5-10 minutes walk to Fudan, less with 5 minutes if you ride a bike - The apartment is located right behind the no. 10 metro station Jiang wan stadium. - Wal-Mart supermarket, 2 department stores are opposite - Wanda Plaza is just one minute away. - The stadium is behind the apartment. Some fitness centers are really close. Our friends also come this area for exercise - 85 degrees bakery (open 24 hour), mini mart and a lot shops next to the gate - All kinds of restaurants are at a walking distant away.
