Such passengers can go to the domestic security counter in T2 to deliver their prohibited items to 79 cities in China. It takes 1 or days if you deliver the items to an address in Beijing, and 3 to 7 days to other cities. The prices are: CNY 20 for the parcel (less than 3 kilograms) delivered to an address in Beijing and CNY 100 for the parcel (less than 3 kilograms) to other cities.
