I prefer to buy some ice-cream and store in my refrigerator. Last week, I watched a piece of video on the internet. A young pretty girl teaches how to make self-made ice-cream. I tried to make my own ice-cream and it wasn't bad. My friends loved what I made. However, one of my friends asked me "Who invented ice-cream" and I couldn't answer her. Do you know who invented ice-cream? Self-made ice-cream decorated with a cherry.

GUEST04154	I don't know who invented ice-cream but I do know that Chinese people strated to cool down with natural ice in summer. Is it helpful?

The history of ice cream begins with ancient flavored ices. The Chinese are generally credited for creating the first ice creams, possibly as early as 3000 BC.
The origins of ice cream can be traced back to at least the 4th century B.C. Early references include the Roman emperor Nero (A.D. 37-68) who ordered ice to be brought from the mountains and combined with fruit toppings, and King Tang (A.D. 618-97) of Shang, China who had a method of creating ice and milk concoctions. Ice cream was likely brought from China back to Europe. Over time, recipes for ices, sherbets, and milk ices evolved and served in the fashionable Italian and French royal courts.
There are many flavours to choose from...
