| I found this recipe on the internet. It is so easy and convenient to cook this dish. You just need to prepare: Japanese tofu, needle mushroom and Lao Gan Ma Chili Chicken Sauce (you can find it in the Chinese supermarket) Other seasonings: 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 2 tbsps aromatic vinegar Step 1 Cut off the roots of the needle mushroom and quick-boil needle mushroom for around 5 minutes. Step 2 Drain boiled needle mushroom and place on the plate. Step 3 Take tofu out of the box and place it on the needle mushroom. Step 4 Mix Chili chicken sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 2 tbsps aromatic vinegar together and scatter it on tofu. Use your tablespoon to eat it. |
