Entring China with singapore visa!!

Hi,

I am an Turkish citizen , i searched for some sites like wikipedia or http://visa-requirements.net/for-Singapore-Citizens.html

Here it says singaporean citizens are free to enter China but does it applied to singapore permanent residency holders like me ?

No, you have the Singaporean permanent residency card but this doesn't mean that you are a Singaporean citizen. And you can't apply for your Chinese visa using your Singaporean permanent residency card.
