Modern people burden too much pressure but they seldom vent their anger or depression. On August 8, a special pillar was found in a subway station in Shanghai. If you feel upset, you can beat it until you feel good.

A little girl is kicking the pillar. What made him upset?

The little girl in the photo was just curious abou the pillar. I won't beat the pillar in public because I don't want other people to regard me as a crazy man. But I may consider of setting a smaller pillar at home. When I am angry, I can beat it to vent my anger.

You can set up a sandbag at home.

Oh, no. I haven't hit sandbags before. I just want to vent my bad feelings. Getting hurt is not an option.

Raindrop,

Sunnyday's suggestion is good. You can vent your bad feelings and do body building together.
