Ingredients: two eggplants, 2 tablespoons chopped chili, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 Wash 2 eggplants and cut them into shreds (each about 1 cm wide and 8 cm long). 2 Steam eggplant shreds for 6-8 minutes and squeeze them to get rid of the water. 3 Mix chopped red chili, light soy sauce, chopped garlic with steamed eggplant shreds. 4 Add sesame oil and stir the mixture very well. Dish off! Be prepared for it because it is very spicy. |

GUEST1738 | Cherry, chopped chili is widely used in Hunan dishes like FISH HEAD WITH CHOPPED CHILI. So your eggplant dish is made in Hunan style? |
