GUEST3546 Kevin, I don't see it is a problem. If the wife requires to add her name on the property ownership certificate, it is ok as long as she agrees to add the names of her husband's parents. The husbands' pay for the first payment so it is reasonable for them to own 1/3 of the house.

Some wives are sensible and rational but some may not. If the man is lucky to marry a sensible woman, she will agree to his suggestion.
