| GUEST23232 | DO NOT USE THE CAR RENTAL COMPANY CALLED LONGHUI This is one the of worse car rental company in Shanghai. Our have been using the company for almost 6 months now, not only did the company lie to us about the model of the car, but the car they provided us was consistently breaking down (which when you call the company to complain about the issue, their reply is take a taxi and we will later reimburse you - if I wanted to take a taxi in the first place then why would I need to hire your service??!!), the CD player does not work, the company's driver's attitute is poor which meant they are consistently replaced. Then finally, when you reached your limit and wish to cancel the contract due to consistent poor service, they refuse to return your large deposit.... So anyone who is considering to rent a car and driver - do not use Longhui (no matter what they promise you)!! |
