You can go to New South Gate(新南门) Bus Station or Chadianzi Bus Station(茶店子汽车站) to take the long distance bus.

The buses that leave from Chadianzi Bus Station just pass by Kunming and finally arrive at Jinghong(景洪). It departs at 11:30 and costs CNY 232.

Bus schedule at New South Gate Bus Station:
12:30 it passes by Kunming and arrives at Jinghong.
15:00 it arrives at Kunming.

Bus ticket: CNY 223
