Place chicken cubes on a plate, add 2 tablespoons cooking wine and mix very well. Then add 1 tablespoon starch and mix very well and wait for 10 minutes. 2.Hollow green peppers and cut into dices and cut spring onion sections into dices too. 3.Heat vegetable oil, fry chicken cubes and take them out when they turn white. 4.Put 2 tablespoons broad bean paste (30 grams), 1 tablespoon chili sauce (15 grams), spring onion dices and dried red chili in a wok, add some vegetable oil and heat the wok with gentle heat until fragrant.
