hello, i need to get from Zhuai to Bejing and from Kaifeng to Bejing ( i hope i spelled it correctly

hello to all and just hope we can all continue to benefit from this wonderful site!
I just need to know how i could get from Zhuhai to Bejing and Kaifeng to Bejiing. also what do you guys suggest in staying in Hong kong for the day upon arrival to get rest after a long flight preferably on an airport site, any suggestions?? thank you!

From zhuhai to Beijing, you can travel by air. There is no railway station in Zhuhai.
From Kaifeng to Beijng, you can travel directly by train (normal trains about 10-12 hours). Or you can take a bus or train to Zhengzhou first and then take a bullet train (around 5 hours) to Beijing.

There are lounges and rest rooms inside the hong kong airport.
