| Tender egg custard plus steamed clams, what do you think? Quick! Learn this recipe and make it on your own. Ingredients: 12 clams, 2 eggs, 1 shallot and 2 pieces of sliced ginger Seasonings: 5ml fish gravy, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil and cool boiled water. 1 put clams in salt water for 30 minutes, brush clam shells and wash them again. 2 boil clams until the shells open and take them out. Don’t forget to put ginger slices when you boil clams. 3 beat eggs and mix with cool boiled water in a vessel, and mince the shallot. The proportion for water and beaten eggs is 1.5:1. If you don’t have cool boiled water, purified water is ok. 4 put clams in a vessel, pour beaten eggs in, cover the vessel with plastic film and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water. 5 add fish gravy, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and spread minced shallot, and then enjoy yourself. |
