guest35129 I would like to know what is appropriate for women to wear in Beijing, China in October (2011). I am headed there in a group and would like to know a little of the customs.

GUEST2378 The temperature in Beijing varies greatly between day and night. In early October, you can bring long sleeve T shirt and thin trousers. A jacket is needed in the morning and night. In late October, you'd better bring some thick jackets and jeans.
