White gourd soup with egg dumplings

Ingredients: four eggs, 100 grams chopped pork, 3 grams shallot, 3 grams ginger and 500 grams white gourd.

Seasonings: 6 grams salt and 1 gram ground pepper.

1 beat four eggs in a bowl.
2 mince shallot and ginger and mix them with chopped pork and salt. Then mix them all together to make dumpling fillings.
3 heat some vegetable oil, pour a tablespoon of beaten egg in and put some dumpling fillings and then make a dumpling.

5 boil egg dumplings for 20 minutes over medium heat.
6 pour white gourd pieces in and season with salt.
