Mint and Curry Shrimps!

It is a Thai style dish.

Materials: 250 grams shrimps, 15 grams curry, some mint leaves and ginger, 2 cloves garlic, cooking wine and shallot.

1 Get rid of shrimps’ mustache and make a cut on the back to remove entrails.
2 Mix shrimps with ginger slices, cooking wine and shallot sections for 15 minutes.
3 Chop mint leaves, ginger and garlic separately.
4 Heat edible vegetable oil and fry shrimps until their skin turns red.
5 Heat edible vegetable oil in the wok and put chopped garlic and ginger.
6 Put fried shrimps in, add some water and curry and then heat the wok until boiling
7 Spread chopped mint leaves in the wok.

I'll try. I want to figure out how it tastes after seasoning with mint and curry.
