| Learn to cook this dish in winter. It is good to your stomach. Ingredients: a plate of beef, four tomatoes, one onion, three slices of ginger and some caraway. Seasoning: salt. Step 1 Cut beef into pieces, quick-boil in boiling water to get rid of its blood. Step 2 Cut two tomatoes into pieces and two into dices. Step 3 Cut the onion into pieces. Step 4 Heat some oil and braise tomato dices, add some water in the wok and heat it until boiling. Step 5 Pour boiling tomato soup into the earthenware pot, put quick-boiled beef inside, add some water and then heat until boiling. Then put tomato pieces inside 10 minutes later. Step 6 Add enough water, heat over fierce heat until boiling. Don’t turn off the heat. Wait for 10 minutes and turn into gentle heat and braise for 50 minutes. Step 7 Season with salt. |
