i would like to suggest you to choose the apartment per your business interest. Frankly speaking i donot know what kind of products you are seeking , but in china , business like this , certain area for certain industry . Welcome to guangzhou and good luck .

I'm looking for some construction buildings material, piping, CPVC's, Electric outlets, water mixers (sink-shower), lighting Florescent & spot lights, tools.
Also, looking for some marbles and doors, I am eager to what's related of new building & construction.
Furniture is an attractive bussiness, I may visit the factories and see the differance.

For building materails sourcing , if you are not big buyers , you may consider to source from two building materials wholesale market as follows:

a. Nanan Road

b.Shahe

I won't come during the canton fair, I should be there after time & hope someone can find me a good place to stay in.
