FIANCE IS AMERICAN ON BUSINESS IN CHINA

HI,
my fiance is american and im a filipina, he is currently on business in china and he wants me to visit him, can he actually sponsor me? i mean will his invitation letter and copies of his business visa will help at all if i get me a tourist visa? thanks in advance!

GUEST56126 Right now, he couldn't even secure a tourist visa for you to come to the USA, but he could get you a fiancee visa (which takes months to get) to the USA. I doubt he can get you a visa to come to China.

But can't you just get a tourist L visa to China on your own? I'm not familiar with the requirements in the your country.
