| If you are very fond of red chli, you really should learn to make this dish. I tried to make it according to this recipe. It was delicious. PS: I prefer to put some “chili sauce with fermented black bean and peanut” in steamed bun and then eat them up. Very nice! Ingredients: Lee kum kee chili garlic sauce (50 grams), peanut (100 grams), fermented black bean (30 grams) and sesame seeds (30 grams). 1 If you buy green peanuts, you need put them in microwave oven for several minutes. When it is done, take the peanuts out, put them in a tin foil and crush them with rolling pole. Make sure that you already get rid of the peanuts’ skin before crushing them. 2 Heat Lee kum kee chili garlic sauce in the pan and then fry fermented black bean in the chili garlic sauce. 3 Put sesame seeds in and heat the pan until it is cooked. 4 Put crushed peanuts in the pan and keep stirring for a second. |
