Pork chop soup with lotus root

Ingredients: 300 grams pork chops, a piece of fresh lotus root and some salt.
Step 1 Quick-boil pork chops in water and then get them out.
Step 2 Cut lotus root into pieces.
Step 3 When the water is boiling, put pork chops, lotus root pieces and boil them over high heat until boiling. Then stew them for 2-3 hours over gentle heat.
Step 4 Put some salt in the pot and boil them again.
