Physical for Z visa

I copied the physical form for the Z visa but the embassy insists everything is typed.

Umm.... my doctor isnt going to type out his findings.

Has anyone done this and how to I get around getting it typed.

Also, my school has arranged for a physical once I arrive in China. Do I still have to do the physical before I leave Canada?

GUESTPERCY Yes, you need to submit the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners to obtain the visa.
