MFAIR Points: Join Date: Nov 20, 2011 Status: offline	Hi, i have a question: I already got a chinise L visa 3months 1 entry with invitaion letter for Xiamen! And now i want to meet another friend before in GZ but just for 1 one day and after fly back to singapore and then to xiamen and stay there 3months! But i dont want to use my visa i already got for xiamen;( can i apply for a second one just 30 days or something? please help thanks alot;)))

I'm curious about what kind of China visa do you have now? Does it only allow you to stay in Xiamen? If not and if it is a normal China visa, you can travel to any places ( except Tibet) in China mainland. So in this case, why not you go to Guangzhou between your stay in Xiamen?
Another thing that puzzles me is that is the 3 months validity period of the visa or the duration of stay. As I know, a single-entry China visa is usually valid for 3 months starting the issuing date and the duration of stay for the entry is 30 days.

The vallidity period is 3months and duration 3months i applied from indonesia...they only give you 3months choise at visa center!
