There are some difference between 有点儿 and 一点儿，and 一点儿 can be used before N,and after adj.So how to describe its properties?

"一点儿(Yi Dian Er)" should be a measure word which is used to describe indefinite number. We usually say "一点儿东西" which means a little things.
