Greetings! Your help is very appreciated. What is the city and the place/hotel on photo? I really need to find it. It is somewhere in China. Thanks in advance!

GUEST78909 The huge building in the photo isn't a hotel. It looks like a government's building because I see the national emblem of China. Maybe, you can offer me more photos or clues to me.

Yes, I agree, people on another forum told me so, that is it a government building.

I have no more clues, except that it isn't Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou. Someone must know this government building? Seems that it stands apart.
