Unlike other old Chinese people, Zhang Guangzhu and Wang Zhongjin don’t help care for their grandchildren or stay at home all day. This couple spent about 4 years traveling from North America to South America, Antarctica to Oceania and Africa to Europe. Their footprints left in about 40 countries in the world. So far, they have used 5 passports, shot more than 30000 photos and 50 disks of videos.

Zhang and Wang have been reported by Chinese media. They are planning to write a book to record their experiences. Also, they communicate with netizens via their blogs and weibo. They already have 70000 fans.

Many people can not believe that a couple above their sixties traveled so many countries in 4 years.

Why not?

If you don't have time, that means you're busy working, and that means you have lots of money.

Isn't this the case?

Haha, it's not what you thought about. I don't have time because I am busy with my work. BUT I don't earn much to afford the expense for the world tour.

Travelling is not cheap, even when you travel economically, that's true.

BTW, where would you go, if you had a chance?

European countries like Italy and then America and Australia. I am planning to save money for my travels. Take out a part of my salary and save it in a special account. When I retired, I would realize my world tour dream.

GUEST2478 Jimmyb,

You don't have to wait until you are old. Just set off and make your dream come true. You will find a way to travel around the world without spending a lot of money. Take the cheapest flight, train, bus and stay at the cheapest hostels.

Do you know "Couch Surfing"? Sleeping at others' couches can save you some money.

It is what we would call and incredible journey, and the best part of life.
There is so much to learn from these travelers.
Young people often make the mistake of talking and planning about old age or retirement.
In the first place never travel alone. It's boring and the memories not so rewarding in future discussions. It reflects in your "Happiness is" profile.
If you have any thirst for travel you must decide where you wish to go, take a credit card and book your flight. Then make your travel arrangements.
Do what you have to do make sure you have commitment. After that you will be amazed to see yourself travel abroad every year, and you will never live a dull moment. If you have done this once you will never stop.
Do they not have a blog yet Sunnydream
