Where is it?

It locates at Haizhu district.Just at the south end of the Haiyin bridge.
It is with convenient transportation:
15 minutes walking to Xiaogang station of Metro line 2(2km).
10 minutes driving to Garden Hotel (6km), China Hotel(6km), Tianhe CBD (6km), Sun Yat-Sen university(4km).
15 minutes driving to Pazhou Exhibition Center(10km).

If you stay for 2 months,the rent is RMB3500/month,which is including all other expense,like electricity,water,nature gas,property management,TV,internet,etc..
