This dish was cooked by my male friend. It tasted very well.

Ingredients: green chili pepper and preserved eggs
Seasoning: soy sauce.
I clean and wash green peppers.
2 get rid of eggshells and cut preserved eggs into pieces. Better dip your knife in water and then cut the preserved eggs. Why? The yolk won’t be broken.

3 heat edible vegetable oil in the wok and then put green chili pepper in. Keep stir-frying green pepper until they are burnt.

4 place preserved egg pieces on the plate and put pan-seared green chili peppers over the preserved eggs.
5 Pour soy sauce to season the mixture. You may also add salt and MSG too.
