| Ingredients: bean-sprout, carrot, beef, bean curd Seasoning: salt, vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and chili oil 1 clean and wash bean sprout and carrot, cut carrot into lean shreds. Add cold water in the wok, put bean sprout in the wok and boil for several minutes. Then put carrot shreds in and boil them together until they are done. |
