2 Put beef in boiling water and keep boiling about 90 minutes until it is done. Cut boiled beef into shreds (tear it into pieces if it is tender).

Tip: Wrap some tea leaves in gauze, put ‘tea bag’ in boiling water for a second and then throw it in the wok and boil with beef together. In this way, the beef will become tender and soft.

Do not add cold water when you boil beef. Add boiled water if the water is not enough.

3 Slice bean curd, heat edible oil in the wok and fry bean curd slices until both sides turn golden. Then cut fried bean curd slices into shreds.

4 Mix them together very well and season with salt, vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and chili oil.

It's done.
