About 30% of them require their future husband to earn much than 10000 yuan per month. The participants are from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China, of whom are 27836 men and 22548 women. The average age of the participants is 31.6, which means most of them were born in 1980s. People who were born in 1990s believe that car, apartment and rich parents can ensure their marriage will be happy. According to another report, the average salary of the college students in China is 2815 yuan per month. In Shanghai, one of the most prosperous cities in China, graduates from the key universities earn 3748 yuan per month. Those who are from the ordinary universities earn 3581 yuan. Even the graduates in Shanghai earn less than 4000 yuan per month. What about other graduates across the whole country? That’s why there are so many bachelors in China. That he earns less than 4000 yuan doesn't mean that he will earn that much all the time. Maybe, he will become a boss one day. Women who use salary to choose their husband are foolish and short-sighted.
