Starting up a resturaunt in Xiamen

guest44242 I'm planning to open a restaurant in Xiamen that offers a foreign flavor but I'm wondering what the culinary scene is like in Xiamen? I was approached by several people living in Xiamen that insist that the Restaurant business in Xiamen would be a good idea.

What do people go out for when they don't want local cusines?
